A spirited dog gifted with the power of speech.
It is unclear if it is intelligible by humans.

Themes:

Jus-Tin is influenced by the real-life musician,
Justin Broadrick, who has mellowed his
musical approach in recent years.
Captain Cod is the representation
of fans disgruntled with this shift.
The Captain hopes for the return
to the grim old days......
